***** Next Session for Belly Dancing will start July 6

Pilates- Pilates strengthens the muscles that support the spine (the neck, shoulders, abs, hips and thighs) to bring balance into the body. Pilates helps to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body from the inside out. It is a low impact exercise that anyone from beginners on up can benefit.

Vinyasa Flow - Vinyasa (synchronized breath and movement) involves a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to stretch, detoxify, and strengthen the body and increase energy. Evening classes will start and end with a longer meditation.

Gentle- A great way to ease into yoga, Gentle Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga that is a gentler, slower paced practice to make it more accessible to people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels.

Heated Vinyasa Flow- For a little extra warmth to your Vinyasa Flow class.

Belly Dancing - come experience the spiritual joys of Belly Dancing that will leave you energized. All fitness levels welcome.
